We invest in companies possessing technologies and competencies having the potential to move the frontiers of all aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, from drug discovery to new therapeutic regimens.
 
Being a corporate investor, we believe that we can add value to our investment partners by providing access to the wide range of scientific and commercial competencies available in Novo Nordisk.
 
Management and Science:
We believe that the successful development of a life science venture into a sustainable business is directly dependent on the quality of science and the quality of the management available in the company.
 
Our corporate background provides us with a significant edge in assessing the scientific foundation and approach of the companies we invest in; an edge that we endeavour to employ to the mutual benefit of our partners and us.
 
We engage in active partnership with our investment partners, instigating a dialogue with the Novo Nordisk organisation. When appropriate, this dialogue is secured via representation on the Board.
 
When appropriate, we will act as the lead investor in conjunction with financial investors.
